CD-WOR for continuous Circulation of Waste Oil Tank Content

... are a logic consequence of every heavy fuel based engine plant and, when conventionally handled, an expensive diposal problem. Both FO-Sludge and waste oils of a kind like luboils etc., generated from engines and aggregates, are obligatory to be stored in separate tank facilities. An onboard disposal or consumption in boilers and incinerator plants is tried to be used, but often only insufficiently possible.

Here the CD-WOR System, based on the working principle of the CD92™ Conditioning Device, offers a functional solution and sets new standards in efficient pre-treatment of any remaining FO-Sludges and ordinary waste oils.

A blend of FO-Sludge and waste oils can be easily burned in boilers and incinerators with the same efficiency like conventional fuel, which is mostly consumed in such plants.
Additionally the blend made by the CD-WOR plant could be transferred to the FO-Settling Tank for consumption in Main Engines and/or Generators, without any operation hampering side effects. This alternative is a modern and harmless opportunity for an increased efficiency and a remarkable ecologic progress.

Combined with the noted CD-SR System, this system is a basic component for a progressive fuel-management, as appreciated by MARPOL, who offers the opportunity to benefit from the “...new special fee system.”
