The efficiency of the CD92 ConditioningDevice (Mycronizer) regarding refinement of heavy fuels is well noted since years. To ensure sufficient operation stability under all operation circumstances the design of the CD92 was modified step by step.
|
The Advantages:
- no more oil spills during operation or in case of rotor blockage
- operation safety 8.000 hrs +
- suitable fuel temperature up to 160°C + (60°C min.)
- suitable fuel pressure up to 25 kg/cm² + (1.0 kg/cm² min.)
- no breakdown in case of broken ball bearings
|
Now S.I.T introduces the all-new MD-Version, without mechanical seals, without ball bearings but including the maintenance free Magnetic Drive.
Full performance and long-run stability at all operations. |
 |
| The magnetic drive offers the possibility for design an hermetically closed housing. The free shaft end for connection of a coupling does not require athmospheric sealing, so no mechanic-dynamic seals are necessary. |
S.I.T decided to use Magnetic Drives of KTR which are representing best possible quality at an economic price.
The static half of the magnetic drive is mounted to the shaft end of the CD92 and covered by a protector of stainless steel.
The dynamic half of the magnetic drive is mounted to the shaft end of the electric motor, but also protected by a special housing, which is mounted to the Stator of the CD92 and the connection plate of the electric motor. This design ensures a perfect alignment and protection at all operation situations. So the CD92 is completely closed and no oil spill can occur. |

NO SEALS - NO LEAKAGES
All engines and machines with free shaft end need a special seal. Mechanical seals are proper for various applications. But, they are subject to wear and tear and they need special maintenance, to ensure a trouble-free function. The target of S.I.T was to create a unit that can be used free of maintenance, running from the first start-up without any interruption, only delivering perfectly conditioned fuel at any time. |
